Exchanges and Refunds

What are the exchange/refund conditions?

The conditions of an exchange/refund are:

• The item must be returned in it’s original condition (i.e. unworn and unwashed) and packaging (i.e. tags attached and bags returned),
• The item must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date,
• The customer will bear responsibility of postage costs

Additionally for refunds where purchases were not charged postage, $20AUD will be deducted from the refund amount to cover some of the costs of the postage and handling.

As for exchanges, the customer will bare responsiblity for any associated postage cost of posting of the new item.

What happens if the item is faulty?

In the unlikely event where our product is faulty, we will be glad to coordinate a refund/exchange with you under the above conditions.
